The upper radiator hose is getting pretty big after heating up....the reason i think is when the coolant gets hot it expands, thats when the radiator cap releases the pressure into the overflow tank. that seems not to be the trick. Is there anything im missing by chance?

its the stock radiator, ive got no leaks, thats the only issue i have when it comes to the cooling system, i might flush the system out though. the thing is its running around the 190 range so its not running hot...

put in that 5 year orange antifreeze stuff... when i had that in my car it never got above 175 unless i was stopped... and that's with the A/C on runnin at 90mph from here to ECU... oh man, and in the winter time with the heater on, it never got above 110... sometimes my needle wouldn't even move at all... it would just stop blowing hot air when it was that cool though
