One of the last steps I need to complete for my swap is to rig up an intake/exhaust system. This will all be based around a turbo/manifold setup that looks like this: The RB also has a cross pipe coming out of the intake manifold so the intercooler pipes will need to start and endup on the same side. This means there will be quite a few bends in the final product. My question is...where should I have my intercooler piping made, or where can I buy pipe and cut my own?...I will also need 90ยบ bends. I have heard go to REMCO countless times, so I guess I will once I'm ready for this step.

also, what material would be the best, stainless or aluminum?

I'd do stainless for the downpipe and aluminum intercooler piping. i dont they can do any aluminum welding... or, lol, you can grab me some 3in muffler piping, a chop saw and a welder and i'll rig some bullshit.

yeah they cant weld anything with aluminium...i asked, but they made my charge pipe out of stainless, if you wanted all the piping in stainless they could probably do it, but i imagine it would get pricey if you have a bunch of bends, and they cant make mandrel bends

find an intercooler that enters and exits on the same side, the driver side. Minimal bends, and you won't have to relocate all the shit near, and including, the battery. less piping, too.
