so i have a buddy thats got a friend with a 2000 civic si for sale. the story behind the car is that is was stolen and the guy bought it back from the insurance company. it is basically a shell, no motor or trans, no brakes or hubs, therfore no wheels, needs new front and rear bumper covers, color is black, has the ex interior b/c the si interior was stolen when the car was. $500.

what the hell r u buying if theres nothing in it?ur basically giving some guy $500 for some si badges. but wait were those stolen too? ? i guess thats not a bad deal for a place to live, u could probaly fit a twin size air mattress in there but i don't know if u'd have any privacy bc the doors were probaly stolen too. that sounds pointless to me

glade to see we are on the same page. but also look at it this way. $2000 type r suspension $4000 nasty motor, drivetrain set up $1500 big brake set up so for around 8k you could have a race set up car that is nasty. just with ex interior.

the only problem is that not too many ppl have 8k so therefore it would be useless to most ppl
