check for a grommet from your interior cab through your firewall. its probably the safest/easiest way

theres also probably holes in the trunk that go all the way thro, but those probably arent as efficent to use, or you could just not put neons on i dunno

umm, yea they are definately going in, i didnt spend 200 on that shit for nothing. As for piso's comment, i looked and couldnt see any opening but i'll double check tomorrow or i guess technically that would be today, and see if i missed something. or just wait till sometime next week when u and eric can do it. -ryan

hmm, usually they are way up under the dash. i mean, just follow some of your cables that go to the engine bay, you'll come along one eventually

well not all of us had a car or for that matter a licence 2-3 years ago so im taking advantage of what i couldnt do then; now. and like i toldu b4 i didnt buy her for speed, i mean i got the gts so i could dust some ricers but shes for looks. now wieland tells me u might be able to throw together a reasonably priced turbo kit which i would be willing to put on to "go fast", so just lemme kno if u still can or want to do that

as far as I know, if you put a turbo kit on a car with neons, the frequency (Hz) of the lights may cross-modulate with the counter-rotation vibrations (also in Hz) of the turbo shaft and in turn vibrate until the turbine wheel explodes. However, if you wire in a flux-capacitator (only found in mid eighties De Loreans) you might be able to avoid this problem.....and time travel....possibly.

On a more serious note, parachute pants were also big back in the day, before my time, but you dont see me rocking those. I think the car is all looks as it is....unless you do go turbo. If you want to get more style, keep your ride clean. All neons will get you is attention from the cops and A LOT of "homo-jokes" from guys who drive domestics. A clean, lowered car with new shoes (ie rims....but not chrome....unless its a phat lip....but only on RWD) will get you a lot of compliments and it will be something you can be proud of. All this can be done easily and on a small budget.
If you do choose to ignore our wisdom, I'd go with piso's idea of running it through the firewall, unless there is a drain plug (as tony mentioned) closer to the neons.
